The service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The car itself was in excellent condition: clean, reliable, and exactly what I needed for getting around the island. Pick-up and drop-off were smooth, and the staff went out of their way to make everything convenient. Just a quick note: be careful where you park in Waikiki—you can easily get a ticket! The company also took care of my ticket, I just paid the fine!!! Great job!!!!! The team was great this morning as I rented a car and Chris was efficient when I brought the car back. It was great that a Mustang was still available, since I’m celebrating my 15 year anniversary, it was the exact same car my wife and I rented 15 years ago! The kids loved riding around the island in a convertible!

Extremely convenient and fairly priced! Valet at my hotel was $60 per night so being able to park it back at the rental car company’s office at the Waikiki Resort Hotel overnight was great! It’s included in the rental price as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend using First Rental Car if you are staying in Waikiki!

This place was super easy and convenient to rent from! We made a reservation one day in advance and were able to walk over and grab the car in the morning. It was about $100 to rent the car for the day and about $150 after selecting the full coverage stress free insurance they offer. Renting a car is usually very stressful with hidden or additional fees/charges but this place has transparent and reasonable pricing. Would rent from them again!
